The Project Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to project managers and delivery teams helping keep resources, schedules, and documentation organized while ensuring strong tracking and timely communication.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and action items; share minutes and follow-ups on time.
Maintain project documentation and ensure it’s complete, accessible, and up to date.
Track tasks, deadlines, and updates to support schedule adherence.
Support budget/resource tracking and highlight variances or gaps early.
Maintain risk and issue logs; monitor issue tracking and communication timeliness.
Coordinate stakeholder communication and ensure updates are clear and consistent.
Bachelor’s in business administration or project management (or related).
Proficiency with project management tools; strong organizational skills.
Strong multitasking, stakeholder communication, schedule management, and attention to data accuracy.
PM certification such as PMP or CSM.
A delivery culture focused on execution, transparency, and measurable outcomes.
