Pentavalue is seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, and strong analytical skills to drive demand generation, enhance brand positioning, and support sales initiatives.
Senior Marketing Specialists typically plan and execute marketing campaigns, analyze campaign performance, and coordinate with sales and creative teams to ensure marketing activities align with company goals.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, content, and paid media).
Support the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies targeting enterprise clients and partners.
Coordinate marketing initiatives aligned with company growth objectives.
Manage lead generation campaigns across digital channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing.
Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and conversion.
Monitor campaign KPIs and continuously optimize performance.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create:
Blogs
Case studies
Whitepapers
Website content
Social media campaigns
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI.
Use insights to improve future marketing strategies.
Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing and revenue goals.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media partners when needed.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and brand positioning.
4–6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology, SaaS, or digital solutions companies.
Proven experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and campaign management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of:
Digital marketing channels
SEO/SEM
Content marketing
Marketing automation
Experience with tools such as:
Google Analytics
HubSpot / Salesforce / CRM tools
Social media management platforms
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in B2B marketing or software/IT services industry.
Experience managing LinkedIn Ads and account-based marketing (ABM).
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
