Job Summary

We’re hiring a Public Relations and Events Planner to strengthen our external presence, manage media and brand communications, and lead end-to-end planning for corporate events, launches, and community activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute PR plans aligned with brand goals and business priorities.

• Write and distribute press releases, announcements, media kits, and key messages.

• Develop relationships with media, partners, and industry communities.

• Plan and deliver events end-to-end: concept, budget, vendors, logistics, run-of-show, and post-event reporting.

• Coordinate speakers/VIPs, invitations, registration flows, and on-site experience.

• Ensure consistent branding across all event and PR touchpoints.

• Measure impact (media coverage, sentiment, attendance, engagement, leads).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related. 

• 1+ years in PR and event planning. 

• Strong writing and editing skills (Arabic/English preferred). 

• Vendor management and budget ownership experience. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience planning tech or B2B events, conferences, or product launches.

• Familiarity with influencers/community programs.
